I have extensive experience of supported housing, including:

hands on management of supported housing schemes
management of the Supporting People function in a local authority
inspection of supported housing schemes
development of 'gateway schemes' enabling a single point of access for supported housing services
evaluate the impact of projects

review existing supported housing schemes
undertake work to prepare housing support services for inspection
work with multiple agencies to develop projects to provide a single point of access to supporting people services
