Strategic Housing Function

I have extensive practical experience of delivering the strategic housing function in local authorities. I also have experience of supporting local authorities and their key strategic partners to develop and improve the strategic housing function.

I am able to:

• review the effectiveness of the strategic housing function
• provide advice and support in achieving improvement in the strategic housing function
• mentor staff involved in the delivery of the function
• help facilitate improvement in partnership working arrangements
• assist in the development and implementation of the local housing strategy
• undertake other primary research related to the function
